1. Introduction

ReporticaAI ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our professional documentation service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe collects billing information including name, email address, and payment information in accordance with their privacy policy.

2.2 Usage Data

We may collect anonymised technical information such as browser type, access times, and pages viewed for the purpose of improving our service.

3. How We Handle Your Content

Meeting notes and documentation inputs are processed only for the purpose of generating your requested outputs. We do not store, retain, log, or reuse any meeting notes, case information, or generated documentation after your session ends.

All inputs are treated as confidential session data and are not used for AI model training or any other purpose beyond generating your immediate documentation outputs.

4. AI Processing

ReporticaAI uses the Vercel AI Gateway which interfaces with AI language models to generate documentation. Your content is processed in real-time and not stored by these services.

5. UK Data Residency

ReporticaAI is hosted on UK/EU infrastructure. Your meeting notes and documentation are processed within UK/EU data centres and are never transferred to US servers for storage.

This ensures compliance with UK GDPR requirements and provides assurance for organisations with data sovereignty policies. No content is retained after your session ends.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. All data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.

7. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK data protection law, you have rights including access to your information, rectification, erasure, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the service to function. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies without your explicit consent.
